Recipe: No-bake seeded muesli bars

You don’t even need to turn the oven on for these ones.
Bought muesli bars often have a high sugar content. Get the kids to make these ones at home and you’ll know they are getting a healthy, energy-filled treat in their lunchboxes.
Makes 16 bars
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup hulled tahini
1/2 cup creamed honey, or to taste
115g butter
150g chocolate
Pinch of salt flakes
Method
Note: If you prefer chewy muesli bars to crunchy ones then add the seeds to the food processor with the rolled oats.
